Scott McNamara, the President and Chief Developer of Proof of Design, Inc., wanted to use the gifts God had given him in programming and business process design to serve people in need. Administer Justice's Executive Director in Chicago was praying about a way to maximize technology to provide better service to the thousands of clients who come to them. God brought Scott and Bruce together in a collaborative effort that with the help of a grant from AT&T made Justice Center Online a reality.

JC Online was built from the ground up to improve an organization's effectiveness. While originally built for the chicago office, Scott and Bruce quickly realized that the challenges faced by their local were not unique and chose to make the system available to Legal Aid Ministries on a very cost-effective basis.

JC Online uniquely combines crucial data management, with volunteer coordination and communication in an on-line environment. JC Online user security protects the confidentiality of the client, while ensuring the safety and integrity of an organization’s information.
