When you contact us, we'll need your name and some way to contact you... such as a phone number, address, or e-mail address.  We'll ask you to briefly describe your problem so our professionals can better assist you.  Lastly, you'll need to give us the name and address of the person you are in conflict with so we can check for any conflicts. 
Before you arrive at your appointment, you may want to write on a piece of paper some of the questions you would like to ask.  Also, if someone has given you paperwork or legal documents about your situation, please bring these in an envelope or a folder.

If needed, you may bring your children to your appointment.  You may want to encourage your children to bring a favorite book or toy to help them pass the time
